宿舍審核說明Dormitory Checkout Procedures
🎓 畢業生宿舍費用結清
⚠️ 重要提醒: 畢業生若有宿舍相關費用欠繳,將無法通過畢業程序審核。

一、 結清宿舍欠費(例如電費)
1. 現住宿生:
• 申請方式: 請於畢業離宿前一週,主動發信至宿舍管理單位承辦人信箱,收到後將協助開立該學期或先前欠繳之電費單。
• 繳費通知: 繳費單成立後,將寄發信件通知,請至「土地銀行學雜費代收網」查詢繳費單。

• 繳費方式:
o ATM 轉帳或網路銀行轉帳。
o 土地銀行各地分行臨櫃繳納。
o 校內出納組櫃檯(行政大樓 1 樓):僅限非假日之 13:40–14:00。
• 備註: 若時間緊迫,請於上班時間(週一至週五 9:00–11:30、13:30–16:30,國定假日除外)親至宿舍管理單位辦公室手開繳費單,並直接至出納組辦理繳費。
2. 非現住宿生:
• 查詢欠費: 請先至「土地銀行學雜費代收網」查詢是否有未結清之電費。
• 特別提醒: 申辦就學貸款的同學請多加留意,電費通常不在貸款範疇內,可能會有漏繳情形。
• 聯繫窗口: 若對金額有疑問,請直接電子郵件聯繫承辦人。
⚠️ 結清宿舍相關費用後,請來信告知宿舍管理單位承辦人審核通過畢業程序。

二、 宿舍保證金退款辦理
完成所有費用結清後,方可申請退還保證金(NT$2,000)。
1. 本國籍學生:
• 辦理流程: 結清欠費並辦妥離校手續後,請電子郵件告知宿舍管理單位承辦人。
• 匯款說明: 款項將匯入您本人同名之退款帳戶(屆時依據身分證字號進行退費)。
• 手續費: 除郵局與土地銀行外,使用其他銀行帳戶將由退款中扣除跨行轉帳手續費。
2. 外籍學位生:
• 返國通知: 現住宿生若畢業後即返國,請務必於離境 2 週前告知承辦人。
• 退款方式: 宿舍管理單位將依校內程序申請現金退款。
• 領取方式: 離宿當日完成寢室檢查後,請持 護照正本 供查驗領取現金。

🎓 Notice Regarding Dormitory Fee Settlement for Graduating Students
⚠️ Important Notice: Graduates with outstanding dormitory-related fees will not pass the graduation clearance process.

I. Settlement of Outstanding Dormitory Fees (Mainly Electricity Fees)
1. Current Residents:
• Application: One week before moving out for graduation, please proactively email the person in charge at the dormitory. We will assist in issuing the electricity bill for the current semester or any previous unpaid balances.
• Payment Notification: Once the payment slip is generated, a notification email will be sent. Please check the "Land Bank Website" to find your payment slip.

• Payment Methods:
o ATM transfer or Online Banking transfer.
o In-person at any Land Bank branch.
o Cashier Division on Campus (Administrative Building, 1st Floor): Strictly limited to 13:40–14:00 on working days.
• Note: If time is limited, please visit the dormitory office in person during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:30, 13:30–16:30, excluding national holidays) for a manual payment slip, then proceed directly to the Cashier Division to pay.
2. Non-Current Residents:
• Check Balance: Please visit the "Land Bank Website" first to check if there are any unsettled electricity fees.
• Special Reminder: Students applying for Student installment may lead to missed payments.
• Contact Window: If you have any questions regarding the amount, please email the person in charge directly.
⚠️ After settling all dormitory-related fees, please email the dormitory coordinator to verify and approve your graduation clearance process.

II. Dormitory Deposit Refund Procedures
The refund for the dormitory deposit (NT$2,000) can only be processed after all fees are settled.
1. Domestic Students:
• Procedures: After settling all fees and completing the school leaving procedures, please email the person in charge.
• Remittance: The funds will be transferred to a refund account under your own name.
• Service Fee: Except for Post Office and Land Bank accounts, a cross-bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount if other bank accounts are used.
2. International Degree Students:
• Return Notification: Current residents who are returning to their home country immediately after graduation must inform the person in charge at least 2 weeks before departure.
• Refund Method: The dormitory will apply for a cash refund through the university's internal procedures.
• Collection: After completing the room inspection on the day of departure, please present your Original Passport for verification to collect the cash.
